Welcome! Here's a little about me and how I came to create my practice. A Brooklyn native, I hold a Masters degree from Antioch University New England (based in Keene New Hampshire) in Counseling Psychology and Holistic Therapy. My Creative Meditations studio is in the beautiful Catskill Mountains where I am inspired every day. My art work has been shown in regional shows, galleries, and guilds - and I have a passion for fibers, art quilts and wearable art (that I design). My teaching credits include such wonderful venues as Olana Historic Site, overlooking the beautiful Hudson River. My formal training in Psychology and Holistic therapy blends with my artistic creations and continues to inspired my classes in mindful meditation, meditative drawing (Zentangle approach), art quilting, and creative art classes for adults and children. I absolutely love what I do and sharing it is exciting. Humor is so important and a key to who I am and how I craft. My family and friends not only encourage me but provide me with lots of tales to share. My life as a whole has been amazing for which I am forever grateful.
